Hi, thanks for your feedback! That could be an interesting development for sure ;-)

Where do you get your gear from at the moment?

I got my stereo from my grandparents house, it has a built in phono amp (old technics, works great) I got my TT from a local A/V store that specializes in home entertainment system it's a project debut carbon with a red ortofon cart and my speakers are budget polk audio speakers from amazon. Definitely going to have to update those soon.

Cool, thanks for the info! So mostly local to you then... interesting.

What you thinking of upgrading to?

Yeah it's convenient. I was thinking of upgrading to B&W 686 s2's, they're bookshelf speakers so it works well for my living space. What about you? What kind of set up do you have?

My main setup for listening to vinyl is two Technics 1210M5G http://www.gearogs.com/gear/89-Technics-SL-1210M5G going into a Tascam XS-8 DJ Mixer http://www.gearogs.com/gear/311-Tascam-XS-8 then listening on Neumann – KH 120 A speakers http://www.gearogs.com/gear/643-Neumann-KH-120-A

I also have an alternate 'hi fi' speaker / amp set up of Naim Audio – NAC 62 http://www.gearogs.com/gear/40-Naim-Audio-NAC-62 preamp and Naim Audio – NAP 110 http://www.gearogs.com/gear/43-Naim-Audio-NAP-110 power amp going into Epos – ES 14 http://www.gearogs.com/gear/343-Epos-ES-14

This is switched from my studio mixing desk. It is a fairly complicated chain :-)
